Western Sydney · 2 founding spots left
Win commercial work from Western Sydney builders. Without chasing it.
A done-for-you outbound system that books qualified calls with builders, strata and property managers — so you get on the panel and win recurring B2B work, not one-off residential leads. You stay on the tools. We bring the work.
How do tradies get commercial work from builders in Western Sydney?
Get in front of the builder before the job goes to tender — not after.
Active Western Sydney builders keep 3 to 5 trades they call first. If you're not on that panel, you compete on price for whatever's left. This pilot books you 4 to 10 qualified calls a month with builders, property managers and strata managers across Penrith, Blacktown, Liverpool, Parramatta, Camden and Campbelltown — timed off council DA approvals, so you reach them the week the project gets the green light, before subbies are locked in.
It's the opposite of a homeowner lead platform: no shared residential leads, no race to the bottom on price. One tradie per trade, exclusive B2B calls, recurring contractor work. Setup is $250, then $250 per booked call, capped at $2,000 a month. That's how an owner-operator gets onto a builder's panel without spending the day cold-calling.
We're new. Here's exactly what that means.
The pilot launched in 04/2026. One founding client is live, two slots remain. No fabricated case studies, no five-year deck. What you get instead: founding pricing, trade exclusivity, and direct access to Joel. If that's how you buy, read on. If you want the polished agency, the standard retainer in 2027 will look like everyone else's.

Most tradies are the best on the tools and the worst at getting B2B work
The average tradie spends 18.5 hours a week on admin and lead-chasing — two full days off the tools, and almost none of it lands recurring builder work. (Tradify Pulse Report, 600+ trade owners surveyed.)

The selling skill is different from the trade
The trade got you here. Getting onto a builder's panel takes a sales motion most owner-operators were never taught.
Cost: builders go with whoever calls them first. -
Word-of-mouth has a ceiling and a delay
Referrals arrive when someone else feels like sending one. You can't dial them up when this month's pipeline is quiet.
Cost: 3–6 month gaps between major B2B jobs. -
Builders already have a panel — you need to be on it
Every active Western Sydney builder has 3 to 5 trades they call first. Miss the list and you compete on price for the leftovers.
Cost: 15–25% lower margins on jobs you do win.
How this compares to Hipages, SEO and ads
Every tradie has tried at least one of these. Here's the honest side-by-side.
| Hipages / OneflareLead marketplaces | SEO / Google AdsInbound traffic | Tradie BDM PilotOutbound B2B | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead type | Residential homeowners | Residential homeowners | B2B builders, PMs, strata |
| Exclusivity | Shared with 3–5 tradies | Mostly exclusive | One tradie per trade |
| Time to first lead | Instant — but you compete to quote | 6–12 months SEO; ads instant but pricey | 3–4 weeks to first call |
| Cost model | $20–50/lead, pay even if you lose | $1,500–5,000/mo + ad spend | $250 setup + $250/call, $2k cap |
| Lead intent | Quote shopping, lowest price | Actively searching | Recurring work, panel spot |
| Job type | One-off, transactional | Mostly one-off | Recurring, repeat builders |
| Typical margin | Low — race to the bottom | Medium | High — B2B contractor rates |
How it runs — five steps to a booked call
Week 1 is setup. Real conversations land Week 3–4. By Week 8 the pilot's run its course and you decide what's next. It works because builders genuinely want reliable backup trades — they just don't have time to find them, and a well-timed message off a fresh DA approval reaches them before subbies are locked in.

Tradies usually ask
How do tradies get commercial work from builders in Western Sydney?
Tradies win commercial and builder-panel work by getting in front of builders, property managers and strata managers before a project goes to tender — not by waiting for referrals. Active Western Sydney builders keep 3 to 5 trades they call first. Targeted outbound outreach, timed off council DA approvals, is how an owner-operator gets onto that panel without cold-calling all day.
What counts as a qualified booked call?
A held call — you actually spoke with them, not just got a calendar invite — with a builder, PM or strata manager inside Western Sydney who confirms an active or upcoming project in the next 90 days. No-shows, cancellations, tyre-kickers and out-of-area calls don't count and aren't billed. If a booked call turns out to be outside spec, flag it within 48 hours and we credit it.
How is this different from Hipages or Oneflare?
They sell shared residential homeowner leads — the same lead goes to 3 to 5 tradies racing to quote the lowest price. This pilot books exclusive B2B calls with builders, property and strata managers for recurring contractor work, one tradie per trade. You're not bidding against other trades on price for a one-off job.
What happens after the 60-day pilot?
Three options. One: roll into the $2,250/month retainer (1,000 leads, email + LinkedIn). Two: step up to $3,000/month premium (email, LinkedIn + SMS, 1,500 leads). Three: walk away — no obligation, no recurring charge, no clawback. Most tradies who book 4+ calls in the pilot continue.
How do I know the leads are real?
Every booked call comes with the builder's name, company, role, project address, the full reply thread, and three talking points based on what they said. You see exactly what was said before you pick up the phone. No-show means you don't pay. Outside spec — wrong trade, wrong area, no real project — flag it within 48 hours and we credit it.
Will this affect my reputation if the emails are spammy?
Emails send from a separate look-alike domain we own and warm over weeks, never your business domain. We follow the Spam Act 2003: clear sender ID, working unsubscribe in every email, no misleading subject lines. Suppression lists honoured permanently. If deliverability or complaints go wrong, we burn our sending domain, not yours, and replace it.
What if I can't service the leads we book?
Capacity is set on the Week 0 discovery call. We agree a realistic pace for your team size and workload. Over-commit and a builder finds you can't start for three months — the panel calls a competitor next time, and you don't get back on it. Better to start at 4–5 calls a month than over-promise and burn the relationship.
Do I own the lead list?
The list belongs to Western Sydney Trades — we built it, maintain it, and run the outbound on our domains and mailboxes. Replies, booked calls, and any contracts you win are 100% yours, no exceptions. The list itself isn't portable, the same way an SEO agency's keyword research stays with the agency.
Why one tradie per trade?
We can't credibly pitch two roofers to the same builder. Founding pilots get exclusivity in their trade for the 60-day period — if you're the roofer, you're the only roofer pitched to our Western Sydney list. Once a trade slot's filled, it's filled.
What if I'm not in Western Sydney?
The pilot only runs for Western Sydney right now — Camden, Campbelltown, Penrith, Blacktown, Liverpool, Parramatta and surrounding LGAs. We use local council DA data and on-the-ground builder relationships as part of the system. Outside that geography we don't have the same advantage and won't take a pilot client until coverage expands.
